There are 3 different choices when granting permissions, either Administrator,

Power user or Standard. The differences between the user permissions are as

follows:

Standard User:

 A standard user is only able to view information and not update anything.

 Power User: is able to update already created information but may not create

new.

 Administrator: - When a user is granted Administrator right on an

organisation the user is : able to do everything. Delete users, Create new,

change permissions

DELETING A USER

To delete a user select the user in the Left tab menu, and click on the delete context

menu. You will be asked if you are sure that you wish to delete the user. If you

select Yes, the User Left tab Menu for that specific user will be removed and all the

permission will be revoked.

DEACTIVATING A USER

A user can be deactivated by click on the users left tab menu and in the context

window section Name, click on the active check box. If the check box has a tick the

user is active, if not then the user is inactive. Click on the check box and then click

save.
